Travel to a country on the orange (at-risk) list is permitted. However, the Ministry of Health advises against traveling to such a country, due to high local infection rates.
Entering Israel from a country on the orange list
Travelers arriving in Israel from a country on the orange list will be required to go into isolation for 24 hours or until they receive a negative result on a PCR test taken when entering Israel, whichever is earlier.
Non-Israeli citizens are allowed to enter Israel, provided they comply with all requirements.
