COVID certificates issued after 3.10.2021 are valid in Member States of the European Union and other countries that have reached an agreement with Israel for mutual recognition of certificates, allowing entry to facilities that must comply with local Green Pass restrictions, and other local requirements (some countries may require negative COVID-19 test results. You need to check the requirements on official websites of your destination).

The new COVID certificates have a QR code that can also be scanned by Member States of the European Union, and "Issued by the State of Israel" is printed on them.
