The notices are updated and revised with infection rates. The Ministry of Health releases health travel notices. Check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website for more alerts and restrictions

Yellow | Low Risk

Travel to a yellow country is permitted.

Unvaccinated or non-infected travelers coming to Israel from yellow locations must enter full isolation.

Vaccinated or recovered travelers coming to Israel from yellow (low-risk) countries must enter a 24-hour isolation or isolate until their PCR test result is negative (whichever is earlier).

Orange | At Risk

Travel to orange countries is permitted, but the Ministry of Health advises to avoid travel because of local infection rates.

Travelers arriving from an orange (at-risk) country must complete the full isolation period, including those vaccinated and recovered.

In the following cases, it is possible to shorten the isolation period to 24 hours or isolate until a negative PCR test result is negative, whichever is earlier, if:

1.  you have an Israeli recovery or vaccination certificate, and if you leave Israel after seven full days from the day you received the last dose of the vaccine, or if 14 days have passed after receiving the last dose of the vaccine (do not count the vaccination day) and if you satisfy one of the following requirements:

- you have been vaccinated with three doses of the vaccine in Israel

- you have been vaccinated with two doses of the vaccine in Israel and no more than 6 months have passed since the day you received the second dose

- you have recovered and received one dose of the vaccine

2.  you have a recovery certificate from the Ministry of Health based on a PCR test taken or documented in Israel and no more than 6 months have passed from the day of issuance of the recovery certificate

Red | Highest Risk

All travel of Israeli citizens and permanent residents to red countries is banned, unless permitted by the Exceptions Committee.

All travelers coming to Israel from red (highest-risk) countries must enter full isolation, including those vaccinated and recovered.
